Pimpri Chinchwad Police issues instructions regarding Medical and AYUSH Visa Portal Usage

“Medical and AYUSH Visa Portal” has been newly developed in Form C portal for the purpose of streamlining and regularizing the medical visa services in the country and also to streamline the process of preparation of medical visa invitation letters for medical services provided by hospitals/health centers to foreign nationals.
As per further information from Pimpri Chinchwad Police, the purpose of the Medical and AYUSH Visa Portal is to enable hospitals to conveniently prepare Medical Visa Invitation Letters and Medical Visa Invitation Letters using indianfrro.gov.in/frro/medicalvaluetravel.
Hospitals/Health Centers/Yoga Centers can register on the said portal and apply for Medical Visa etc. Full details of those foreign nationals are expected to be filled. Hospitals which are on the portal of Form C shall be deemed to be registered.
The Medical Visa Invitation Letter generated using the said portal will contain the Unique ID UID. The said unique ID must be mentioned by the applicant (foreigner) in the visa application form. In addition, the hospitals have to fill Form C as usual.
“All hospitals are advised by this notification to log on to the portal and follow the procedures. Also, if there is any doubt regarding the same, people can approach the Foreigners Registration Office (FRO) Pimpri Chinchwad, Police Commissioner Office, Premlok Park, Chinchwad, Pune, ” informed Sandeep Doiphode, deputy commissioner, special branch, Pimpri Chinchwad Police.
