Pune : The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has demolished many encroachments in areas under Hadapsar-Mundhwa Ward Office.
As per information shared by Dhammanand Gaikwad, Chief Encroachment Inspector, PMC Hadapsar-Mundhwa Ward Office, on 7/11/2023, the following officers and manpower systems were present under Hadapsar Mundhwa Regional Office under Mission Fifteen and the following actions were taken:
The officers of Wanowrie-Ramtekdi, Kondhwa-Yeolewadi & Hadapsar-Mundhwa Ward Offices were present.
Ø Workers – 60
Ø Trucks – 6
Ø Gas Cutters – 4
Ø Cranes – 4
Ø Maharashtra Security Force Officers – 40
Ø Police Officers – 20

Fatima Nagar Chowk to Lakshmi Colony.
A total area of 43,000 square feet was cleared by the department. 25 boards/banners were removed by the Sky Signs & License Department. 6 trucks were loaded with several things by the Encroachment Department.
The officers present during the operation were Madhav Jagtap (Deputy Commissioner and Account Head Encroachment and Unauthorized Construction Department), Prasad Katkar (Deputy Commissioner Circle No. 4), Balasaheb Dhavale Patil (Municipal Assistant Commissioner Hadapsar Mundhwa Ward Office), Subhash Talekar (Regional Encroachment Officer), Dhammanand Gaikwad (Chief Encroachment Inspector Hadapsar Mundhwa Ward Office), Rajesh Khude (Chief Encroachment Inspector Dhole Patil Ward Office), Sanjay Jadhav (Chief Encroachment Inspector Wanowrie Ramtekdi Ward Office), Assistant Encroachment Officer Rahul Bokan, Kiran Shinde, Suraj Jaronde, Sky Signs & License Department Inspector – Bharat Gaikwad, Construction Department Deputy Engineer Vijay Dabhade, Hanumant Khalate, Junior Engineer Dhotre.
