If the particular land is only allotted for residential row houses, how can it be turned into or used for commercial purposes? Here, in residential areas, these are completely illegal activities such as setting up spa, cafes, restaurants and more. If anybody has got the relevant permissions, where is the parking space, other infrastructure?”
