PMPML inaugurates new bus service from Deccan Gymkhana bus stand to Temghar Dam

Pune: Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd (PMPML) inaugurated the newly launched tourist bus service no 3 on August 20.
As per information from a press note, the tourist bus service started by the PMPML is becoming popular with tourists. During the inauguration of tourist bus service no 3, PMPML officials and other officials like Chief Transport Manager (Operation) Satish Gavane, Labour and Public Liaison Officer Satish Gate, Traffic Planning Officer Vijay Ranjane, Depot Manager of NT Wadi Depot Santosh Kirve, Depot Manager of Pune Station Depot Sanjay Kusalkar etc were present.
At PMPML’s Deccan Gymkhana bus stand flagging off an air-conditioned e-bus, tourist bus service no 3 was launched. 25 tourists travelled on the first day of tourist bus service no 3.
On the lines of Pune Darshan bus service, 7 tourist bus routes have been fixed for religious and tourist places near Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad cities and special ‘tourist bus’ service by air-conditioned buses on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays of every week starting from May 1, 2023. The per passenger ticket price for this ‘Paryatan Bus’ service is Rs 500/-.
Speaking on this occasion, Sachindra Pratap Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of PMPML said that devotees and tourists should take advantage of the air-conditioned tourist bus service being started by the PMPML at cost-effective rates and citizens should use the bus service of the PMPML instead of using private vehicles.

· Route – Deccan Gymkhana, Kharawade Mhasoba Devasthan, Temghar Dam, Nilakantheshwar Paytha, Deccan Gymkhana.
· Bus Departure Time – 9:00 am
· Bus Arrival Time – 17:00 pm
· First and Last Bus Stop – Deccan Gymkhana Bus Station
· Ticket Price Per Passenger – Rs 500/-
· Booking Venue – Deccan Gymkhana, Pune Station, Swargate, Katraj, Hadapsar Gadital, Bhosari Bus Stand, Nigdi, PMC Bhawan.
