PMRDA Calls For Tenders To Appoint Consultant For DPR Study & Preparation of Various Projects in Maan Mhalunge and Wadachiwadi Autadewadi
Pune : PMRDA to have DP hearing only after consent from high court
Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has issued notices to appoint Project Management Consultant to scientifically study & prepare Detailed Project Report (DPR) for various projects.
Speaking to Pune Pulse, Ramdas Jagtap, Deputy Collector & PRO, PMRDA, said “PMRDA has issued consultant appointing notices for DPR preparation for sanctioned Town Planning Scheme Projects under PMRDA jurisdiction of Maan-Mhalunge, Wadachiwadi & Autade Handewadi regions. Once the consultant or an agency is appointed, the detailed & scientific study will begin & DPR will be prepared for projects under Town Planning Scheme after which tenders will be floated for the same. The entire process will take around 1 month time.”
As per further information from PMRDA, “PMRDA invites proposals through E-Tendering for Appointment of Project Management Consultant for preparation of DPR for External Water Supply, External Sewerage System, and STP including Post Tender activity for sanctioned Town Planning Scheme under jurisdiction of PMRDA region in Man-Mhalunge (TPS-1), Taluka Mulshi & in Wadachiwadi (TPS-2) & Autade Handewadi (TPS-3), Taluka Haveli in Pune District. The tender documents can be downloaded from the website www.mahatenders.gov.in from 22nd September, 2023 at 11:00 am onwards. Last date for submission of the proposals is 10th September, 2023 till 15:00 pm. The changes, if any, can be available on www.mahatenders.gov.in.
