Pune: 1600 players to participate in VV Natu Memorial Yonex Sunrise All India Senior Ranking Badminton Tournament
Pune, June 14, 2025: Over 1600 players from various states will be seen in action at VV Natu Memorial Yonex Sunrise All India Ranking Badminton Tournament which will be organized by Poona District Metropolitan Badminton Association under the auspices of BAI and MBA to be played at the PE Society’s Modern PDMBA Sports Complex, Shivajinagar and PYC Hindu Gymkhana from 14 to 21 June 2025.Over 1600 players from various states including Maharashtra, Delhi, Karnataka, AP, MP, UP, Rajasthan, Gujrat, Punjab will be seen in action during this event. The event will be held inMen’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Women’s Doubles.
CA Ranjit Natu, Hon. Gen Secretary of the Poona District Metropolitan Badminton Association said that, “We are honored to host this tournament in memory of VV Natu. The event not only serves as a tribute to his passion for badminton but also provides a platform for young athletes to compete at the highest level and further their careers.”
The event is proudly sponsored by Yonex Sunrise.The qualifying will be played on 14th to 17th June 2025, the main draw will be played from 18th June 2025.
