Pune: Abandoned bag found near Shaniwarwada, BDDS team inspects

Pune- The Pune police received a call at 9.30 AM that an abandoned bag was found near Shaniwarwada. The discovery of an abandoned bag in the premises of a historic structure namely the ‘Shaniwarwada’ of Pune city has caused an atmosphere of fear. Immediately after this incident, all tourists were promptly taken out and the whole area was evacuated. Police along with the bomb detection squad have entered the spot.

Today being a Saturday, a large number of tourists visited this place. They have all been safely evacuated and further investigation by police and search team is underway.
