Lonavala Police Cracks Down On Violators, Imposes Fines

The Lonavala City Police Station cracked down on 160 vehicles for breaking the one-way traffic rule. A new traffic flow system has been put in place from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk to Indrayani Bridge and Ranade Hospital to improve traffic movement.
Despite the presence of directional signs along the route, numerous violations have occurred. During a special campaign today, 160 vehicles were caught disobeying the rule, and appropriate action was taken against all of them. Additionally, drivers were educated about the specifics of the one-way regulations.
The administration was carried out under the supervision of SDPO (Lonavala) Satyasai Karthik. The team was headed by the Police Inspector of the Lonavala city police station.
