The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has announced an exciting opportunity for youth residing in Pune. Under the Chief Minister’s Youth Work Training Scheme, 650 vacancies are available for candidates who have studied up to the 12th degree.

This initiative aims to provide employment opportunities to youth and equip them with valuable work experience. The selected candidates will undergo a six-month training program in various departments of the PMC.

Attractive stipends will be provided to the trainees. Candidates with a 12th pass certificate will receive ₹6,000 per month, ITI or diploma holders will get ₹8,000 per month, and graduate or postgraduate candidates will receive ₹10,000 per month.

The scheme offers training opportunities in various roles, including mechanic, carpenter, painter, junior engineer, traffic warden, gardener, horticulture engineer, and disaster management.

To apply, interested candidates can visit the PMC’s official website and submit their applications to the Social Development Department and the concerned department.

With only six days remaining, candidates are urged to apply immediately. Deputy Commissioner Nitin Udas appealed, “This scheme provides valuable employment opportunities for youth. I encourage more candidates to take advantage of this initiative.”
