Pune News : Biker injured by golf ball ; files complaint against golf course in Yerwada police station 

A golf ball hit a motorcyclist on the face who was passing along the boundary wall of the Golf Course located on the Pune airport road, causing the motorcyclist to fall. In this, the biker suffered an injury under his eye. The victim rushed to Yerawada police station and filed a complaint against the golf course.

A case has been registered against the management of the Golf Course and an unidentified person playing golf. The incident took place on Wednesday (November 29) at around 2 pm in front of GST Bhavan on Pune Airport Road.

According to the police, the complainant is a lawyer by profession. He and one of his colleagues were riding a two-wheeler to the District Land Records Office in Yerawada for the hearing. Golf Course is opposite GST Bhavan on Airport Road. 

While the complainant was passing by, a ball that came out of the golf course hit the complainant under the eye. The sudden accident caused the biker to lose his balance while driving and he fell down. When the biker gained his consciousness he saelw that the ball was lying next to him. The biker noticed a wound under his eye and he was bleeding. He was sent to Sassoon Hospital for treatment. After treatment, his complaint was registered.
