Pune News: Criminal Beaten With Hammer Over A Bill Dispute In Bar By A Bouncer  

A deadly dispute erupted at Classic Bar near Vadgaon Bridge in the Sinhagad Road area, resulting in the death of Amol Shejwal (34), a criminal with a prior record. According to eyewitnesses, the confrontation began over a bill dispute between Shejwal and bar staff. The situation escalated when a bouncer intervened, leading to a physical altercation outside the bar. Shejwal suffered fatal head injuries after being struck with a hammer from a nearby tire puncture shop.

The police have detained the bouncer and two other individuals in connection with the incident. An investigation is underway to determine the circumstances surrounding Shejwal’s death. Authorities are working to piece together the events leading up to the fatal altercation, including the role of the bouncer and any potential security measures in place at the bar.
