Pune News: 8 Arrested For Duping Businessman Of Rs 99 Lakh In Share Trading Fraud
A man in Pune was defrauded of Rs 96.57 lakh after being promised a 1000% return on his investment within just 100 days. The incident, which occurred between April 2 and May 8 in Punawale, involved a 31-year-old complainant who has now lodged a complaint at Ravet Police Station.
The accused, identified as Parekh Dhruv, allegedly contacted the victim through social media, enticing him with the prospect of enormous returns from stock market investments. After receiving Rs 96.57 lakh from the complainant, Dhruv disappeared. Ravet police are currently investigating the case.
