As part of the drive, two buildings — a G+2 structure and two ground-floor buildings — located on Shivneri Nagar, Gali No. 23 in Kondhwa Khurd, were found to have a total of 10,200 sq. ft. of unauthorized RCC construction and were acted upon.

The operation involved a team comprising six laborers, five police personnel, one JCB, four breakers, two gas cutters, five junior engineers, and two assistant engineers.

PMC has declared these unauthorized constructions as hazardous and has urged residents not to use them.
Citizens have also been advised against purchasing flats in these buildings to avoid potential safety risks.
