Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) has rolled out several initiatives to assist students appearing for their class 10 and 12 examinations.
These measures aim to alleviate transportation concerns during this crucial period :
- Valid Bus Passes : Students with bus passes will find their passes automatically valid for travel between their residence and the examination center, eliminating the need for separate passes.
- Front Door Entry : To streamline boarding procedures, students will be permitted to enter buses through the front door during exam times, ensuring swift and efficient boarding.
- Preferential Service : Busy bus stands will have designated officers to oversee preferential bus services for exam-going students, prioritizing their transportation needs.
- Additional Bus Services : PMPML will deploy extra buses as per instructions from school management to cater to the increased demand during exam periods.
PMPML urges class 10th and 12th examinees, as well as their parents, to take advantage of these travel facilities. The initiative will run from 21 February to 19 March 2024 for Class 12 and from 1 March to 26 March 2024 for Class 10, ensuring that transportation concerns do not hinder students during exams.
