Pune : PMPML Launches Metro Feeder Bus Service Connecting Ramwadi Metro Station to Lohegaon Airport

The Metro stretch from Ruby Hall Metro Station to Ramwadi Metro Station was inaugurated online on Wednesday March 6 at the hands of Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi. Accordingly, Metro feeder bus service has been started from March 6 by PMPML for the convenience of passengers.

As per further information from PMPML, it was inaugurated by MP Rajya Sabha Medha Kulkarni, MLA Sunil Tingre, Managing Director of Maha Metro Shravan Hardikar, Former Mayor of Pune City Murlidhar Mohol, Ex MLA Jagdish Mulik and Ex MLA Bapusaheb Pathare by flagging off the air-conditioned e-bus at Metro’s Ramwadi station.

On this occasion Pune Metropolitan Transport Corporation Joint Managing Director Nitin Narvekar, Metro Systems and Operation Director Vinod Kumar Agarwal, Metro Public Relations Officer Hemant Sonwane, Metro Works Director Atul Gadgil, Metro GM (MMI) M.K. Rajendra Saner – Patil, Metro Director Static Planning Anil Kokate, Metro Executive Director Operations Rajesh Trivedi, Metro DGM Manoj Daniel, Pune Metropolitan Transport Corporation Chief Transport Manager (Operations) Satish Gavhane, Labor and Public Relations Officer of PMPML Satish Gate and Pune Station Depot Manager Sanjay Kusalkar were present.

This metro feeder bus service being started by PMPML will make it convenient for the commuters to reach the metro stations. Hence, PMPML is appealing that commuters should take advantage of the said metro feeder bus services. PMPML will increase more buses on these routes if the number of passengers and income increases.
