Pune : PMPML to hold Pravasi Din On February 23

On February 23, 2024, Pune will witness the celebration of Pravasi Din, an initiative spearheaded by the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) aimed at fostering better engagement with commuters.

Under the visionary leadership of the Chairman and Managing Director of PMPML, it has been decided that every second and fourth Friday of each month will be dedicated to celebrating ‘Pravasi Din’ across all PMPML depots. This novel concept seeks to encourage passengers to share their feedback and suggestions, thereby facilitating improvements in service quality.

The Pravasi Din event is scheduled to take place on February 23rd from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, simultaneously across all depots. Guardian officers designated for each depot will be in attendance, ready to address the concerns and ideas put forth by commuters.

PMPML earnestly calls upon citizens to actively participate in Passengers Day by utilizing PMPML bus services. Commuters are encouraged to voice their complaints or offer suggestions at designated locations such as the PMPML main bus stand and pass centers, ensuring their feedback contributes to the enhancement of public transportation services in Pune.
