Pune: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has announced an e-auction of six row houses in the Moshi area. It is a big step forward for the real estate market. For those looking to become homeowners, the properties in sector no 6 Moshi Peth, between plots 87 to 104 offer a special opportunity.
As per further information shared by Ramdas Jagtap, Deputy Collector, PMRDA, the allotment of the 6 rowhouses is to be done on a lease basis of 80 years.
The last date for the registration of auctioneers for these rowhouses is December 27, 2023. The announcement of eligible auctioneers will be done on January 09, 2024 & the live e-auction will be held on January 10, 2024.
