Pune city recorded lowest minimum temperature at 7.4 degrees Celsius on January 10.
Pune: Months after the winter season arrived, the lowest minimum temperature was recorded on January 10, at 7.4 degree Celsius according to the Shivajinagar weather observatory, at 8:30 am. This drop in mercury level will be witnessed for the next few days as the fresh western disturbance has hit the northern part of India.
Pune is the second district in Maharashtra after Jalgaon to report lowest temperature. While, the Haveli tehsil in Pune reported 7.1 degree Celsius which is the lowest in Pune district. The Indian Meteorological Department is predicting cooler days ahead.
