Pune RPO To Hold Special Open House On March 4 To Resolve Passport Police Verification Issues

The Regional Passport Office, Pune (RPO), in coordination with the Pune Police, will organise a special Open House to address grievances related to Police Verification Reports (PVR) of passport applicants.
The initiative aims to provide on-the-spot grievance redressal for applicants facing delays or issues in their police verification process.
Open House Details:
Date: March 4, 2026 (Wednesday)
Time: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Venue: Regional Passport Office, Baner, Passport Bhavan, Sr. No. 5/2/2, Baner–Pashan Link Road, Baner, Pune
Senior officers from both the Regional Passport Office, Pune and Pune Police will be present to hear and resolve applicants’ grievances directly.
The Open House will be conducted on a walk-in basis, and no prior appointment is required. Applicants planning to attend are advised to carry their objection letters (if any) along with all relevant supporting documents to ensure effective resolution of their cases.
For smooth coordination, applicants have been requested to report by 2:00 PM for registration.
The initiative is expected to bring faster resolution to pending passport verification issues and improve coordination between the passport authorities and the police department.
