In a letter addressed to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, the Association has urged swift and stringent action against Khedkar and her parents if found guilty of fabricating complaints against the Collector. They emphasized that failure to address these issues promptly may lead to further protests.

Following allegations of misconduct and demands for special privileges, Trainee IAS Officer Pooja Khedkar has been relieved from duty at the Collectorate Pune and now has been called to report to the training center within seven days as per the letter issued by the authorities as her training has been called off. The decision comes amidst escalating tensions surrounding her behavior during the training period, where she reportedly insisted on facilities not provided for trainee officers.
Today, Pooja’s mother, Manorama was detained by the Paud police in a firearms case filed against her. She was taken into custody from a Raigad hotel.
Accusations of arrogance and attempts to secure amenities such as a separate cabin, car, and accommodation without entitlement have sparked controversy. Additionally, Khedkar’s father allegedly aggravated the situation by pressuring office staff to accommodate his daughter’s requests, leading to accusations of harassment.
