Pune Weather Update: City To Experience Thunderstorms and Rain By June 6 

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts thunderstorms with rain in Pune, with temperatures peaking at 35°C and dipping to 24°C on Tuesday. The early arrival of the monsoon in Kerala, followed by its rapid advancement, has raised hopes for relief from the heatwave across India. Meteorologists believe the monsoon could reach Pune by June 6, offering respite from the scorching heat.

In Pune, the weather over the next seven days will be dominated by thunderstorms with rain. From June 4 to June 6, expect temperatures between 24°C and 35°C. Following this, from June 7 to June 10, the skies will be generally cloudy, with temperatures ranging from 23°C to 34°C. This pattern indicates consistent temperatures throughout the forecast period, with variations in precipitation.

Residents should prepare for potential thunderstorms and rain in the initial days of the week. The latter part of the week may bring cloudy conditions without significant rainfall.

The IMD forecasts thunderous weather with scattered rainfall until June 6, along with a drop in daytime temperatures. With the monsoon expected to arrive within the next three to four days, daytime temperatures are anticipated to stay between 34°C and 35°C.
