Pune’s first drive in Vaccination center in Hadapsar

Pune city’s first drive in Vaccination center was inaugurated by deputy chief minister of Maharashtra Ajit Pawar. 

This center will be a big relief for  differently abled people and senior citizens who are unable to get booking slots or easy access to the center. 
Downward trend has been noticed in the Covid19 cases in Pune city which has brought major relief to the administration.

Also, Pune district ranks top in the Vaccination count too and the district administration is confident that the Vaccination in the district should be completed soon and bring back the normalcy. But as per the experts report we shall also be prepared for the much anticipated third wave and be tough to face it, people should not take it lightly and follow that all health protocols should be followed strictly.

Ajit Pawar inaugurated the drive in facility from his office in Mantralaya in Mumbai. The virtual inauguration ceremony was attended by Member of Parliament Vandana Chavan, Member of Parliament Dr Amol Kolhe, MLA Chetan Tupe, PMC Commissioner Vikram Kumar, additional commissioner Rubal Agarwal. 

Pawar also stated that to step up the Vaccination process Bharat Biotech was allotted land to set up the production process of the Vaccination near Pune, which shall start soon. Covid19 second wave is being handled carefully and are still fighting it tough. Task force to tackle the third wave which as per the experts might attack the children has been formed and adequate medical infrastructure has been set up. Also, since the monsoon is approaching we must all stay away from the other viral infections. 

MP Vandana Chavan said Pune city was hit badly by the third wave. We have overcome the wave in a very planned manner but we should all remain alert as the third wave might be crucial for children and we must all ensure all infrastructure is ready to handle it. Vaccination should step up and maximum people should be vaccinated.

Member of Legislative Assembly Chetan Tupe, Hadapsar constituency said, “This is Pune’s first drive in Vaccination center set up for senior citizens and differently abled people. This center will be a big relief majorly for the senior citizens where facilities are stepped up keeping in mind the requirements of senior citizens.”
