Schools In Difficult Areas In Pune Rural To Remain Closed Today And Tomorrow : Pune District Administration

District Magistrate and Chairman of Pune District Disaster Management Authority has ordered that schools located in difficult areas, as defined in Teacher Transfer Government Resolution on 7th May 2021, are closed today and tomorrow, as a precautionary measure due to rains in Ghat areas last night. The Aanganwardis in the said Revenue Village where such schools are located are also closed. .

Teachers and Headmasters are required to go to the school today to ensure that children who come to the school are safely dropped back to their homes.

Block Education Officers and CDPOs are required to be in the area and ensure safety of all children.

This order applies to Aanganwardis, Primary and Secondary Zilha Parishad, Aided and Private Schools affiliated to all Boards.

Schools and Aanganwardis in all other areas shall operate normally.
