Shocking Case in Pune : Lonavala Police book 4 for peeing on friend, extorting money, etc

In a shocking incident, 4 people were booked by the Lonavala Police for urinating on their friend at a hotel in Lonavala, extorting money and more.

As per information from the FIR accessed by Pune Pulse, the victim, a 15-year-old boy, had gone with his friends & the accused, identified as Yusuf Vadgama, Ali Vadgama, Shish Vadgama & Mohammad, to a hotel in Lonavala to celebrate the birthday of co-accused Ali Vadgama on December 10, 2023.

After partying & roaming around for the entire day, the victim came back to the hotel & slept. However, he woke up thinking that water was falling on him. However, he saw that co-accused Yusuf Vadgama was peeing on him & co-accused Shish Vadgama was making a video of it. Horrified, the victim ran to the bathroom of the hotel room. When he came outside, Yusuf Vadgama asked for Rs 500 from the victim. When the victim refused, Yusuf abused him & hit him with a belt. Scared, the victim asked his mother to transfer Rs 500 which she did. After some time, the victim asked for another Rs 1000 from the mother which she transferred as well.

Initially, out of fear, the victim did not tell anything about the incident to his parents. However, when he did, the mother of the victim filed a case with the Lonavala City Police on January 29, 2024.

The Lonavala City Police have booked the 4 accused under Sections 324, 384, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) & Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. Further investigation in the case is underway.
