Speeding dumper kills biker at Kondhwa Budruk:

Pune: In a horrific accident, a motorcycle rider succumbed to injuries when a speeding dumper collided with him on October 15, 2023, around 1:15 p.m., near VVIT College, Kondhwa.

As per the information provided, the deceased identified as Ashok Ashtake was riding his motorcycle (MH12 PD 0119) when a dumper (MH12 EQ1872), driven by Namdev Kisanrao Kendre, collided with Ashok’s motorcycle due to excessive speed.

As per the information received, Ashtake was severely injured and succumbed to them. Sharad Bibhishan Sanade filed a complaint against Namdev Kisanrao Kendre, holding him responsible for the damage caused to Ashok’s motorcycle and his untimely demise.

Speaking to Pune Pulse Santosh Sonavane, Police Inspector, Kondhwa Police Station added, ”A comprehensive investigation has been conducted in this matter. An FIR has been registered under Sections 304(a), 279, 338, and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, as well as Sections 184, 134(a)(b) of the Motor Vehicle Act.”
