Swiggy Instamart and Park+ Partner to deliver FASTags in under 10 minutes

Swiggy Instamart, the quick commerce arm of Swiggy, has joined forces with Park+ to introduce a groundbreaking solution for acquiring FASTags, aligning with the National Highways Authority of India’s (NHAI) “One Vehicle, One FASTag” rule, which came into effect on April 1.

This collaboration empowers Swiggy Instamart users across 29 cities to receive their IndusInd Bank FASTags delivered straight to their doorsteps in less than 10 minutes, revolutionizing the process compared to traditional methods.

Previously, individuals had to navigate cumbersome application procedures via bank portals or visit toll booths in person, resulting in wait times of up to 7 days for card delivery and activation. This partnership aims to redefine the car ownership experience by providing seamless and expedited access to FASTags, an essential component of electronic toll collection systems.

“FASTag is now available on Swiggy Instamart, enabling users to acquire it anytime, anywhere, with delivery times reduced from days to under 10 minutes,” stated Phani Kishan, Head of Swiggy Instamart, highlighting the significance of frictionless payments and convenience. With the “One Vehicle, One FASTag” rule now in force, vehicle owners must ensure they possess a dedicated FASTag for each vehicle they own, enhancing the efficacy of electronic toll collection and facilitating seamless passage at toll plazas.
