Pune : The Dream Catchers (TDC), a YouTube channel founded by Bhagyashree Hottigimath and Swati Kote, has initiated a groundbreaking program to empower women entrepreneurs. Through their channel, TDC shares compelling narratives of individuals who have triumphed in their respective fields through perseverance and dedication to their dreams.

In a recent development, TDC hosted a Women Entrepreneurs meet on International Women’s Day. Esteemed guests Neetu Agarwal, an educationist, Bhavini Shah, a psychologist, and Pooja Doshi, an entrepreneur, offered invaluable insights into the growth potential of small-scale businesses in India and globally, as well as strategies for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

In a remarkably short span, TDC has succeeded in bringing together over 50 inspirational women with their own small businesses. Recognizing the transformative power of digital platforms, TDC plans to release YouTube shorts featuring each member, amplifying their visibility and reach. Additionally, TDC utilizes Facebook and Instagram to showcase the diverse array of products and services offered by its members, thereby facilitating business promotion.

This initiative underscores TDC’s commitment to raising awareness about women-led small-scale enterprises and fostering a supportive network for mutual growth. Guided by the vision of its founders, TDC is making significant strides towards its goal.

Echoing the ethos of TDC, “New Day, New You,” the initiative encourages continuous personal and societal transformation. It emphasizes the importance of leveraging such transformation to cultivate ideas that benefit society as a whole.
