Two Flights delayed: Passengers stranded at Pune airport for long hours

Pune: Passengers were stranded at the Pune international airport for long hours on Monday as two Spicejet airlines were delayed.
While the Pune-Patna flight SG-757 which was scheduled to take off at 11.15 was rescheduled to 19:00 hours causing an eight-hour delay, the Pune-Delhi flight of SG-8184 which was scheduled for departure at 17:35 hours was rescheduled to an early morning departure on Tuesday at 2.30, causing a nine-hour delay.
SpiceJet spokesperson, said, “SpiceJet flight SG 757 operating from Pune to Patna dated 18 April 2022 was delayed due to a technical issue. Inconvenience caused to the passengers is deeply regretted.”
However Spicejet did not provide any information on the delay of the flight SG-8184.
The inconvenience irked the passengers who vented it out on social media.
A passenger named Ashirvad tweeted, “totally frustrated with the support we are getting at Pune Airport. Pune to Patna flight is delayed by more than 3 hrs now. No one is provided support to arrange an alternative flight. They are totally denying it now. I have a connecting train from the arrival location which I will not be able to catch.”
