The event will bring together a diverse collection of artistry from states like Gujarat, Rajasthan, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, and Assam. The artisans, all recognized by the Government of India, are national award winners who have honed their crafts over generations.
What Bazaar has to offer:
The 5-day bazaar at Monalisa Kalagram has many traditional things to offer. The traditional art, paintings, crafts, and textiles will be displayed directly by the artisans. Block paintings, kalamkari art, Phad paintings, and many other traditional art forms will be the attraction. It will be an excellent opportunity to interact with the artisans and have an insight into our traditional art forms.
Unique opportunity to interact with renowned artisans:
What makes Virasat Karigar Haat truly special is that the artisans have planned and self-funded this initiative. Each artisan will personally present and sell their creations, providing visitors with a unique opportunity to interact with renowned craftspeople and learn about their time-honored techniques.
