Pune: In a shocking incident, a man in Yerawada was confined inside a society flat & was forced to dance naked by 4 people.
As per information shared by Balkrushna Kadam, Police Inspector, Yerawada Police Inspector, on 13/07/2023, co-accused Somnath Rajbhoj called the victim and told him that his brother had come from the village. So, the victim came to a flat in Ekta Housing Society, Yerawada. There, 4 accused Somnath Rajbhoj, Chandrakant Landge, Sanjay Sutar, and Subhash Bhosale were already present in the room. When the victim went there, they all forcefully undressed and made him dance. While the victim danced naked, the accused took the victim’s naked photos and videos on their mobile phones. After that, they forcibly took away the Rs 60,000 from the victim by threatening him.
The accused also took the victim’s mobile phone and burnt it. After that, the victim got scared and ran away from there to his residence at Vishrantwadi.
On 14/07/2023, co-accused Somnath Rajbhoj defamed the victim by spreading the nude photos and videos he had shot of the victim on the victim’s village’s Saiseva Tisgaon Pravara WhatsApp group. On that, when the victim received calls from many people from his village regarding the said nude photo, he told them that he would complain about the said people to the police.
A case has been registered against the accused. Further investigation is going on regarding their whereabouts.
