Traveling on Mumbai-Pune expressway? Know ‘this’ decision of police to avoid traffic jams

There is an important news for passengers traveling on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. A three-hour block will be observed today (Thursday) on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. This block will be held from 12 pm to 3 pm. During this period, the traffic on the road will be closed and the traffic on the road has been diverted to an alternative route.

As per further information, the block will be there as 50-tonne girder laying work for the Khopoli to Pali Phata National Highway bridge on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway will be done. A block of three hours will be taken for this work.

Traffic flow will be closed on the expressway from 12 pm to 3 pm. Therefore, the traffic on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway will be diverted through an alternative route near the Khalapur toll plaza.

Alternate Routes

On the Pune-Mumbai Expressway, the traffic going from Pune to Mumbai will be diverted from Pune lane for a distance of 1 km at Khalapur toll plaza between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

Traffic blocks are being taken on the Mumbai-Pune Express for the past few months as on 2nd November (Thursday), there will be a 2-hour traffic block on Mumbai-Pune Expressway i.e. from 12 pm to 2 pm due to gantry construction work –

But as the traffic on this highway will be closed for 3 hours today, the motorists are going to suffer a lot. An intelligence traffic management system will be implemented to reduce the number of accidents and mishaps on this route.
