Pune Municipal Corporation usually accepts citizens’ suggestions for developmental work in the area. This exercise which has been termed as the citizens participatory budget has received widespread response among Pune residents.
Participatory budgeting provides residents the opportunity to propose useful civic works in their respective wards and neighbourhoods.
Interested citizens can fill-in the forms that are available on the website www.punecorporation.org. The forms will be available from September 1st to September 9th.
Physical copies of the forms are available in the respective ward offices and these can be filled-in and submitted by 5pm on September 9th.
