A group of tourists from Bengaluru encountered a terrifying ordeal during their visit to Khola beach in Cancona, Goa, as their Karnataka-registered car rolled down a slope, crashed into rocks, and burst into flames. The incident unfolded while the group was indulging in a selfie session, leaving them shaken and alarmed.

The serene picnic spot at Khola beach quickly turned into a scene of chaos and distress as the car, parked at a distance from the shoreline, unexpectedly caught fire. Eyewitnesses reported that the group of youths, engrossed in capturing picturesque moments, were shocked to witness their vehicle engulfed in flames.

Thankfully, no one was inside the car when it began to slide down the slope and subsequently caught fire. Prompt action by the local police and fire teams prevented the situation from escalating further, as they swiftly arrived at the scene and extinguished the blaze.

While the exact cause of the fire remains unclear, the incident serves as a stark reminder of the potential dangers associated with distracted behavior, especially in precarious environments such as beaches. Tourists are urged to exercise caution and prioritize safety during their leisure activities to avoid similar mishaps in the future.
