Ex. Minister Tanaji Sawant’s Son Goes Missing from Pune Airport ?– Police Launch Investigation

Pune, February 10 – In a shocking turn of events, former Maharashtra Health Minister Tanaji Sawant’s son went missing from Pune Airport, sparking speculation of a possible kidnapping case. However, as the police investigation unfolded, new details emerged that shifted the narrative.
Family Dispute Behind Disappearance?
According to police sources, Rishiraj Sawant left his house around 4:15 PM following a family dispute. Initially, concerns arose that he had been abducted, prompting a complaint to the police control room. Tanaji Sawant immediately reached the police station, and an extensive search operation was launched.
However, further investigations revealed that Rishiraj boarded a chartered flight to Bangkok. Contrary to initial fears of a kidnapping, sources indicate that he left voluntarily following tensions at home.
Police Action and Ongoing Investigation
With confirmation that Rishiraj flew to Bangkok, authorities are now in touch with the airline company. If the chartered plane is still within Indian airspace, efforts are underway to have it redirected to an Indian airport.
Meanwhile, an abduction case has been registered at Sinhagad Police Station, and investigations are ongoing. Tanaji Sawant remains in constant touch with the police, as officials work to gather more details regarding the situation.
