Ganeshostav celebrated with great vigour at Planet Millennium society

It was after a break of two years that the celebrations were happening and so, the events saw active participation.

Ganeshostav was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Planet Millennium Cooperative Housing society, Pimple Saudagar. Various competitions like cooking, rangoli, treasure hunt, chess, carrom, talent show, fancy dress, best couple and dance were conducted over a period of 7 days which culminated with Ganpati visarjan and Mahaprasad on the 7th day.

It was after a break of two years that the celebrations were happening and so, the events saw active participation. All the programmes were conducted by the youth Club under the guidance of a festival committee which consisted of four members – Advocate Geetanjali kadate, M.C.Radhakrishnan, Manjusha Dhokte & Sudhir Jaiswal.

“Everyone waits for the Ganapati festival but there were no celebrations for the last two years because of the pandemic. So, this year the festive spirit is very high and is evident from the preparations and participation. I pray to Ganpati for everyone to be blessed with health, happiness and prosperity,” said advocate Geetanjali Kadate, vice-chairman & festival committee member.
