Guru Pournima celebrated at Punyadham ashram
The auspicious Guru Shishya Parampara on occasion of Guru Poornima was celebrated on 17 July at Punyadham Ashram- Pune.
Over 100 shishyas of Noopur Dance Academy paid tribute to their Guru Anuradha Thorat by performing Kathak on various classical songs. It was a visual treat for over 400 guests. Param Pujya Mataji of Punyadham ashram was the guest of honour for the event.

A few students came up at the podium to express their gratitude towards their Guru by speaking high praises on the way they have been trained. The event concluded with Annadaan sponsored by Noopur Dance Academy to over 200 needy in and around the Ashram.
From past 15 years, Noopur Dance Academy continues its parampara of spreading the essence of Kathak across Pune and Mumbai
