Mahesh Landge to File Nomination for Bhosari Assembly Seat on Tuesday, Amid Huge Show of Support
BJP-Mahayuti’s official candidate for the Bhosari Assembly constituency, MLA Mahesh Landge, will file his nomination on Tuesday, the 29th. This election has gained momentum with active involvement from the people and activists of Bhosari, who are expected to show their support in a display of strength during the nomination process.
Mahesh Landge, the candidate endorsed by BJP, Shiv Sena, NCP, RPI, and allied parties, is contesting the Assembly elections for the third time. In 2014, he initially ran as an independent candidate, achieving success through his organizational skills, strong ties with local communities, and focus on constructive politics. Over the last five years, Landge has spearheaded various developmental projects across Bhosari, prompting BJP to nominate him in the first list for both the 2019 and now the 2024 elections. Residents, activists, and local are committed to capitalizing on this opportunity to secure Bhosari’s continued growth.
The BJP is centering its election campaign in Bhosari around development. Major projects completed over the past decade include a full waiver on property taxes, making grazing lands available for residents, addressing road issues in merged villages, ensuring water availability, and initiating waste-to-energy projects at Moshi. Additional initiatives include biogas production, C&D waste management, buffer zone reduction, the establishment of an international industrial exhibition center, a Samvidhan Bhavan, a court complex for Pimpri-Chinchwad, an IIM campus, and most notably, the world’s tallest statue of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, named the ‘Statue of Hindubhushan.’ Several other longstanding issues have also been resolved through these efforts.
“The list of development projects in Bhosari over the past 10 years is substantial. We’re going into the elections with these projects clearly laid out before the citizens. The people can’t ignore the progress they’ve witnessed over the past decade. The voters are wise, and I’m confident they will stand by me on the issues of development,” said Mahesh Landge
