Also, the price of a 290-square-feet house in Katramwar Nagar in Vikhroli is Rs 38,11,000 and the house price in Antop Hill Wadala, Nura Bazar, CGS Colony near Mumbai is the lowest. About Rs 41,51,000 have to be paid for a house of approximately 290 square feet here. So, the prices of some houses in low quotas are more than 50 lakhs.
