MLA Mahesh Landge Leads Major Development in Pimpri-Chinchwad’s New Villages, Earning High Praise
MLA MaheshLandge has played a pivotal role in the remarkable transformation of the villages recently included in the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC). According to the former Mayor of Pimpri-Chinchwad, Nitin Kalje, the development brought to these areas under Landge’s leadership has truly brought justice to the residents. Kalje emphasized that when comparing the condition of these villages 10 years ago to today, the progress is undeniable and impressive.
Speaking further, Nitin Kalje shared that a decade ago, the included villages were deprived of basic infrastructure and development. “Not a single road had been developed, and the villages were largely ignored,” he said. However, Kalje noted that after the BJP came to power in the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation in 2017, significant improvements were made in the newly included villages. Roads were constructed as part of the development plans, and various other infrastructure projects were initiated. In Charholi and Dudulgaon areas, a total of 52 kilometers of roads were built, while around 40 kilometers of roads were constructed in the Moshi-Chikhali region.
Kalje also highlighted several key development projects that have significantly improved the quality of life for residents in these areas. These include the Wagheshwar Tekdi Garden, the Bullock Cart Ghat at Charholi, a sports ground spread over 2.5 acres, a swimming tank at Wadmukhwadi, and a beautifully landscaped garden at Moshi. Additionally, Kalje pointed out the construction of cremation grounds in Charholi, Moshi, and Chikhli. He emphasized that thanks to the tireless efforts of MLA Mahesh Landge, not a single village or settlement in the newly included rural areas has been left out of the development process.
“As part of ongoing improvements, the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has also been working on enhancing healthcare facilities in the region. A 650-bed multi-specialty hospital and a 200-bed cancer hospital are being constructed in Moshi, which will greatly benefit the local population by providing them with access to quality healthcare services,” Kalje said.
Kalje further praised MLA Landge for his dedication to development in the Bhosari constituency, asserting that the massive infrastructure projects undertaken by Landge will undoubtedly help him secure a third consecutive victory in the upcoming elections.
With his continued focus on improving infrastructure, healthcare, and overall quality of life for the residents of Pimpri-Chinchwad’s newly included villages, MLA Mahesh Landge has garnered widespread appreciation for his contributions to local development.
