PMC services now available on Whatsapp Chatbot 24 by 7
Pune Municipal Corporation offers a bouquet of services to the citizenson its website. But moving ahead, services such as paying bills, issuing licenses, citizens services, no objection certificates, complaints, etc. are some of areas where citizens expect smooth and hassle free service will now be available on Whatsapp Chatbot. The information was announced today, January 10, by Vikram Kumar, Commissioner, Pune Municipal Corporation.

In order to facilitate hassle free process, Pune Municipal Corporation announced its services to remain available 24 by 7. Citizens can seek help on the 8888251001. Earlier, property tax related services were available on Whatsapp Chatbot since September 7, 2022. More 19 services have been added on to the Whatsapp Chatbot services recently.
Below are some of the major services that will be; bill payment of four departments, licenses and license related 10 services, 8 certificates, no objection certificates, PMC’s 30 other services and information of about 19 departments.
Bill Payments : Property tax, Water tax, Hawkers Registration & Sky sign department
License : Pet license, Tree cutting, Sky sign department license, New water connection, drainage connection, drainage connection related papers, plumbing license and license renewal
Certificate / No Objection Certificates : Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Marriage Registration Certificate, Property NOC, Property handover, Property heir, Drainage NOC, Fire NOC and Final NOC
Complaints: Solid Waste Management, Cleanliness, Roads, Footpath, Sewage Treatment, Electrical, Encroachment, Garden, Illegal hoardings, banners, Water supply.
