Pune, January 1, 2026: The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd. (PMPML) has expanded its tourist bus services, adding new attractions to Routes 6 and 7, officials announced. The move comes in response to growing tourist demand and aims to provide a convenient, affordable sightseeing experience.

Under the guidance of Chairman and Managing Director Pankaj Devre, Route 6 now includes Darakervada in Yavat (Taluka Daund), while Route 7 adds Morachi Chincholi and Padmini Jain Shwetambar Temple, along with Mastani Samadhi in Pabalgaon (Taluka Shirur).

The PMPML tourist bus network currently operates 13 routes. Passengers can explore the newly added attractions using the standard ₹500 ticket for Routes 6 and 7. The routes now cover key locations, including:

  • Route 6: Pune Station – Swargate – Hadapsar – Ramdara – Theur – Darakervada, Yavat
  • Route 7: Pune Station – Swargate – Wagheshwar Temple, Wagholi Wade – Bolhai Temple – Tulapur Triveni Sangam – Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Samadhi, Ranjangaon – Morachi Chincholi – Padmani Jain Shwetambar Temple – Mastani Samadhi – Bhima Koregaon Vijay Stambh – Pune Station

Tourist bus bookings can be made at multiple locations, including Pune Station, Swargate, Gymkhana, Katraj, Hadapsar Bus Depot, Bhosari, Nigdi, and the Mahanagar Bhavan.

Officials urged tourists to take advantage of PMPML’s affordable ₹500 tickets to enjoy scenic routes and explore Pune’s rich cultural and historical landmarks.
