Pune: Under the affordable housing scheme at Peth No. 30-32 in Nigdi, flats for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Lower Income Groups (LIG) were sold through a lottery scheme by the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) to eligible beneficiaries who have paid the full amount of the flat.

The process of making an Article of Agreement with them has already started from 26/12/2023 through e-registration. At present, 42 beneficiaries have paid the full amount of the flat, and 4 beneficiaries have confirmed the appointment by paying the complete registration fees.

As per information from PMRDA, the present e-registration process will be conducted at Peth No.24 Old Authority Office, Tilak Chowk, Nigdi. Detailed instructions regarding the registration process for the beneficiaries were published on the portal on 19/12/2023. Beneficiaries are required to pay 10% of the last installment, along with all fees required for registration.

After paying the required fee, the beneficiaries can make an e-registration appointment. Both the applicant and the co-applicant are required to appear for registration and bring the following original proofs of both:

a) Aadhar card b) PAN card c) Mobile handset linked to Aadhar cards for OTP.

A caste verification certificate is mandatory to be submitted before registration for eligible beneficiaries belonging to a reserved category. After registration, the possession process will start from 29/12/2023. However, the PMRDA has requested that the beneficiaries should make an appointment for e-registration.
