Pune : Empress Garden Flower Show – Buds N Blooms 2024 Exhibition Extends its Floral Splendor until June

Pune: The Empress Garden Flower Show, Buds N Blooms-2024 exhibition, hosted by the Empress Botanical Garden from January 25 to January 28, 2024, continues to enchant visitors with its stunning floral arrangements.

A myriad of flower displays, carefully curated for the exhibition, along with a variety of flowering plants, are still on display for flower enthusiasts.

The Empress Garden Flower Show, Buds N Blooms-2024, originally organized to cater to flower lovers during its designated dates, has been extended until June, allowing more visitors to indulge in its beauty. Visitors have the opportunity to capture photos of the captivating Yasha flowers and even take selfies amidst the floral splendor. Suresh Pingale, the Honorary Secretary of the organizing committee, encourages those who missed the initial exhibition to seize the chance to visit and experience the floral extravaganza.

Managed by the Agri Horticultural Society of Western India, Empress Garden serves as a hub for various social activities aimed at fostering a deeper connection with nature and the environment. The society, established in 1830, is dedicated to instilling a love for nature in the general populace, ensuring everyone can derive joy from it. An annual highlight is the flower exhibition held at Empress Garden every January, organized by the society, showcasing nature’s beauty in full bloom.

Suresh Pingale, the honorary secretary of the society told Pune Pulse that the floral arrangements that can sustain in the hot climate are kept for viewing. Even many foliage plants which can stay hydrated for more days are kept for viewing for visitors.
