Water Supply Disruption In Pimpri-Chinchwad On October 17 For MaintenanceÂ

In Pune City, there’s a problem with not having enough water because more people are living here now. So, on February 29th, 2024, some parts of Pune City won’t get water for a bit. This is because they’re fixing a new water tank in Kusmade Vasti and building Thakarsi Dam. They need to do this quickly to keep things working well.
Also, on March 1st, 2024, the water will come, but it might be later than usual and not as strong.
Here are the areas that will be affected due to flow water meter installation work :

Near Bhama Askhed Project Thakarsi Tank:
Adarshnagar, Kalyaninagar, Harinagar, Ramwadi, and Shastrinagar.
Areas Around Water Channel: Ganeshnagar, Jadhav Settlement, Vishal area, Kalas, Malwadi, Mhaske settlement area, Tingrenagar pump to Vishrantwadi Chowk, Jayjawan Nagar, Jai Prakashnagar, Sanjay Park, Pune Airport, Yamunanagar, Dinkar Pathare Vasti, Shri Park, Thube Pathare Nagar.
People living in these areas are asked to help out and be patient while the repairs are being done.
