Pune: Mallikarjun Kharge and Sharad Pawar To Lead Mega Sabha in Wanowrie on November 14
Indian National Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Nationalist Congress Party ( SP ) President Sharad Pawar will hold a major sabha near Samvidhan Chowk in Wanowrie on November 14 at 6 p.m. The rally aims to boost support for Vidhan Sabha election candidates Ramesh Bagwe, contesting from Pune Cantonment, and Prashant Jagtap, from Hadapsar.
The rally is expected to draw a significant crowd as it gears up to strengthen the morale of the Congress and NCP ( SP ) candidates in the Pune region. The event is part of the election campaign strategy of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance, a collaboration between Congress, NCP ( SP) and Shiv Sena (UBT), aiming to consolidate their presence in key constituencies.
“The Mega Sabha will undoubtedly make a difference in energizing the campaign and contribute to the success of our candidates in the upcoming elections,” stated Sahil Kedari, Vice President of the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (OBC Cell).
The sabha near Samvidhan Chowk will serve as a platform for both Kharge and Pawar to address party workers and local voters, reinforcing the alliance’s commitment to development and unity in Maharashtra. Organizers hope this gathering will bolster voter enthusiasm ahead of the election, providing a needed momentum to secure wins in Pune Cantonment and Hadapsar constituencies.
