Pune News : 96,257 property tax holders submit PT 3 applications till Nov 30 

The Pune Municipal Corporation on November 30 informed that over 96,257 property holders submitted their PT 3 applications to the civic body. The deadline of November 15 was extended for properties in PMC jurisdiction till November 30. The civic authority has also informed that those properties in the 34 merged villages can send their PT 3 applications till January 31. 2024. 

The statement issued by PMC mentioned that those properties who have failed to submit the forms till November 30 will now be considered for discount in the next financial year, starting from April 1, 2024 after an inspection is carried out by the department.
