The Pirangut 220/22 KV Extra High Voltage Substation of Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd (Mahatransco) will see a change of 50 MVA power transformer and to manage the power load, from Wednesday, April 3 to Saturday, April 6, parts under Mulshi will face power cut. 

This maintenance will require the shutdown of certain 22 KV channels of Mahavitaran (MSEDCL) from 8 am to 9 pm each day, impacting various areas.

On Wednesday, April 3rd, six 22 KV channels will be shut down, affecting approximately 6,500 consumers in villages such as Rihe, Bhare, Ghotavade, Mulkhed, Khamboli, Katarkhadak, Pimpoli, Andhale, and certain industrial areas.

Thursday, April 4th, will see the shutdown of two 22 KV channels, impacting around 18,500 customers in villages and hamlets including Pirangut village, Pirangut industrial area, Paud, Darvali, Karmoli, Chale, Dakhne, Khule, Sathesai, Nandgaon, Kondhavle, Rawde, Shere, Velavade, Jamgaon, and Disli.

On Friday, April 5th, three 22 KV channels will be offline, affecting roughly 27,500 consumers in villages like Bhugaon, Bhukum, Khatpewadi, Lavale, Chande, and Nande.

On Saturday, April 6, around 9,000 consumers in villages and hamlets of Mutha valley, including Urwade, Kasaramboli, Dhotrewadi, Ambegaon, Marnewadi, Kondhur, Kondhavale, Andhgaon, Ambar, Amralewadi, and Gadgaon, will experience a shutdown from 8 am to 9 pm.

MSEDCL and Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd (Mahatransco) urge cooperation from affected residents during this period of maintenance. It’s essential for ensuring the safety and reliability of the power supply infrastructure.
