Supriya Sule posts heartfelt tribute to Ajit Pawar
Pune, April 28, 2026: Marking three months since the death of senior leader Ajit Pawar, his sister and NCP (Sharad Pawar faction) MP Supriya Sule shared an emotional post on social media.
Ajit Pawar died on January 28, 2026, after a plane crash near Baramati airport, in which five people lost their lives. Even after three months, questions remain over whether the crash was accidental or involved foul play. Investigations have not yet reached a clear conclusion.
In her post, Supriya Sule shared a photograph of herself with Ajit Pawar, where the two are seen sitting together and smiling. She captioned the image with just four words: “Dada, we miss you,” along with a broken heart emoji. The post has since gone viral, drawing reactions from supporters and the public.
Meanwhile, Sharad Pawar has called a family meeting in Pune, inviting members from across generations of the Pawar family. While the meeting is officially linked to preparations for the wedding of Sule’s daughter, Revati Sule, it has also sparked speculation about possible political discussions within the family.
