Gantry installation work is scheduled at km 24.250 on the Mumbai lane and 56.900 km on the Pune lane (Kusgaon Wadi) under the Highway Traffic Management System on Yashwantrao Chavan Expressway on January 23, 2024, between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, conducted by the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC). Consequently, traffic diversions will be in place during this period.

For light vehicles traveling from Pune to Mumbai, the diversion point is at lane km 55.000 on the Mumbai lane, redirecting through National Highway No. 48 (Old Pune-Mumbai Highway).

Light vehicles and buses heading from Pune to Mumbai will be rerouted from the Khopoli exit at km 39.800, proceeding on National Highway No. 48 through the Old Pune-Mumbai Highway to Khopoli city, and then continuing to the Mumbai lane via the Shedung toll plaza.

Both light and heavy vehicles traveling from Pune to Mumbai will pass through the Khalapur toll plaza, taking the last lane from the Khalapur exit at km 32.500 on National Highway No. 48 (Old Pune-Mumbai Highway), passing through Khopoli town, and finally reaching the Mumbai lane via the Shedung toll plaza.

Vehicles moving from Pune to Mumbai on Mumbai-Pune National Highway No. 48 should head straight towards Panvel from Shedung Phata.

For all types of vehicles traveling from Mumbai to Pune, the diversion will be implemented at the Kusgaon toll gate at Km 54.900, directing them to National Highway No. 48 (Old Pune-Mumbai Highway) toward the Pune side.
