The Pune city traffic police has announced diversion for vehicles on the road near Kamgar Putala as the Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Ltd has planned for the installation of steel girder between the two pillars (railway crossing). The road will remain closed between January 1 to January 19, 2023 till 23:00 hours.
The entry to all types of vehicles from Kamgar putala, Shivaji Nagar to Pune station (Shahir Amar Shaikh chowk) will remain prohibited. Commuters can use the alternate route crossing Kamgar putala, Shivaji Nagar court gate no 4, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Putala chowk, Shimla office chowk, Engineering college chowk and RTO Pune Sangamwadi to reach their destinations.
